Top down and bottom up approach in love

Wikipedia says: A top-down approach is essentially the breaking down of a system to gain insight into its compositional sub-systems. and A bottom-up approach is the piecing together of systems to give rise to grander systems, thus making the original systems sub-systems of the emergent system.

...both of these approaches make sense. both of them are good.. both have pros and cons, successes and failures.

The same is true for love.. some relationships start with physical attraction and reach the level of selfless love, desirelessness, and pure form.

Some start from the other end and reach another...

some start from one end and never reach another... some never progresses and always stay at the same level...

like everything else... ideal maybe the third way! A mix of both...

...so many possible combinations!

I rest my case :)
